If the product you receive is not as described, OR if a product is defective please contact us as we promises to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We only offer FULL refund for the following situations:

1) Product you ordered was not received within 50 business days + 5 processing days.
2) Product you received is not ad described on the description on the product.

Please make sure you read each description for color/size carefully before ordering.
